    How Does Dr. Orlowski Work?

When you consult with Dr. Orlowski, you can expect a comprehensive approach that considers your entire well-being. She aims to uncover the root causes of your symptoms, whether it’s a hormone imbalance, stress affecting the hypothalamic axis, or other factors. Dr. Orlowski conducts a thorough intake, reviews existing lab work, and may recommend additional tests, such as traditional blood work or specialized functional medicine labs like DUTCH hormone testing or Genova Diagnostics’ CDSA.

Using this detailed information, she crafts a personalized plan that prioritizes food as the first line of treatment, supplemented by additional nutrients and medications if necessary. With nearly 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Orlowski has found that food and lifestyle changes are very effective in restoring optimal health. Her ultimate goal is not just to guide you back to wellness but to empower you with the knowledge to maintain it on your own.

    Conditions she has helped!

Dr. Orlowski has helped many conditions over the years but focuses on women’s health, thyroid conditions, all types of GI health, and metabolic conditions such as type II diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, and hypertension.
