I'm Mary Jo Santistevan of The Santistevan Group, a founding member of SERHANT Arizona, serving Ahwatukee, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Chandler, Gilbert and the greater Phoenix Valley, where I work alongside my husband and business partner, Mike Santistevan.

SERHANT didn't ask me to help build its Arizona presence because of a sales number. Before real estate, Mike and I worked together at Southwest Airlines, on the reservations desk, where we met, and it taught me something I've never forgotten: people don't remember how fast you moved them along. I've been licensed since 2007, and together Mike and I have spent every year since turning that lesson into a practice now ranked among the top half of one percent of Realtors in Arizona.
