The Ahwatukee Recreation Center (ARC) is a 55 years and older HOA community made up of 1628 homes located in the East Valley at the base of South Mountain.

The mission of the ARC is to develop well maintained facilities that offer contemporary activities appealing to the social, recreational, educational and health & fitness interests of its community members. Our members enjoy lounging by the pool, working out in our well- equipped weight room, and participating in over 35 fitness classes offered every week.

We provide music and theater entertainment, educational lectures, special interest clubs, travel opportunities, pickleball, and arts & crafts, as well as opportunities to socialize with good friends and meet new neighbors.

If you don’t own a home in the ARC subdivision, you can still enjoy all the ARC activities by purchasing a social membership. Contact our friendly office staff to find out more information.
