The Caring Transitions AZ Alzheimer's Walk Team is dedicated to raising awareness, inspiring hope, and generating vital support for individuals and families affected by Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. Through fundraising, community engagement, and compassionate advocacy, we honor those impacted by memory loss while working toward a future without Alzheimer's. Together, we walk to make a difference—one step, one donation, and one act of caring at a time."
